How do I choose the pixel pitch?
Pixel pitch is the centre-to-centre distance between adjacent pixels. A smaller pitch gives more pixels at the same screen size. Selection depends on viewing distance, total resolution, content and text size; one distance rule cannot guarantee readability for every task.
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on equipment availability, production, import and delivery, site readiness and installation scope. We agree the schedule after confirming the configuration and work.
What warranty and service terms apply?
We confirm the warranty for the screen, control equipment and installation separately. The proposal or contract states the periods, exclusions and service procedure for the selected solution.
What does the price include?
The total depends on screen area and resolution, model, cabinet, control system, mounting and work scope. The quote itemises included equipment and services, delivery and import terms, and applicable taxes. The amounts on this page require confirmation for your configuration.
What must be checked before installation?
The wall or support structure, screen weight, mounting points, power capacity, ventilation, cable routes and service access. Outdoor installations also require assessment of weather exposure and wind loads. Front or rear servicing depends on the selected cabinet.
How is content displayed and controlled?
A player or computer supplies content through the selected controller. Multiple sources, remote management, scheduling and software licences depend on the required functions and equipment compatibility.
Should I choose LED or an LCD video wall?
LED avoids the inter-panel borders of an LCD wall; pixel pitch and total resolution still matter at close range. Compare both options for content, lighting, viewing distance, screen dimensions and budget. Explore LCD video walls.
